I THINK IN THE FUTURE WE'LL HAVE A BETTER GRIP ON THAT AND WE'LL BE ABLE TO HAVE A CONTROL GROUP, MAYBE JUST THE FIRST EIGHT CAMPUSES THAT WE HAVE VERSUS THE OTHER ONES AND SEE IF THEY'RE PROPOSING SOME DIFFERENCES IN ACADEMIC OUTCOMES.

ALSO ON HERE FOR THE BOARD OR REFERENCE, I ALSO ADDED STATE REFERENCE DATUM ON HERE SO YOU CAN ALSO SEE HOW WE HAVE PERFORMED AT THE MEETS LEVEL AND HOW THE STATE HAS PERFORMED AT THE MEETS LEVEL THAT GIVES YOU A LITTLE BIT OF FRAME OF REFERENCE ALSO.

WE MET, WE SCORED AS A DISTRICT AT 41% AND READING THE STATES WERE TO 51%.

OUR GOAL WAS SET AT 50%.

DIFFERENT CAMPUSES HAD DIFFERENT PEOPLE ASSIGNED TO THEM AND THEY WERE THEY WERE CHECK-INS EVERY WEEK.

CURRENTLY, WE ARE CONDUCTING MONTHLY WALKTHROUGHS.

SO WE HAVE REGION ONSET MICHELLE FALSTAFF, STAFF WHO ARE CONDUCTING THESE WALK-THROUGHS.

THEN JUST A COUPLE WEEKS AGO WE COMPLETED REGION ON THAT SAME GROUP THAT MET BACK IN MARCH LAST YEAR.

OUR CAMPUS INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES HAVE BASICALLY, BEEN TAKEN THROUGH THIS PROCESS OF HOW YOU SET THE SUCCESS CRITERIA FOR UPCOMING ASSIGNMENTS.

WHEN I THINK ABOUT ALL SIX, I GET OVERWHELMED.

I COULD SEE WHY THOSE SCORES ALREADY REFLECTED IN THOSE NUMBERS.

THEN A GREAT QUOTE FROM ONE OF OUR CAMPUS PRINCIPALS TO UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS THAT I JUST FEEL A LITTLE BIT OVERWHELMED, BRING ALL THE RIGHT LEVELS.

NOW, WILL THAT HAPPEN? MAYBE NOT, BUT I THINK WHAT WE SHOULD SET UP IS FOR THAT SYSTEM TO BE PLACED IN THAT WAY.

YESTERDAY IN A THIRD GRADE READING AND HEARING KIDS TAUGHT ABOUT CONVEX AND CONCAVE LENSES AND THE WAY THAT THEY SPEAK VERY ELOQUENTLY AND COMPLETE SENTENCES ABOUT THINGS THAT TAKE YOU BACK A LITTLE BIT.
