Tract 2: A 5.93 acre tract of land, more of less, platted and commonly known as Lot Number Two (2), Block Number Nineteen (19), Mesa Irrigated Farms Subdivision, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, according to Plat of Record in Volume 27, Page 484, Wichita County Plat Records. 3.
